WHAT IS ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING?

La powder paint is a process used for coating metal parts of all kinds. It is a thermosetting paint
(therefore which solidifies thanks to the heat) which is also called baked paint, or powder coating in English.
Application
Its application is most often carried out with a spray gun consisting of a thin coat of powder paint – in various colors, finishes and textures – followed by baking in a specialized oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. The result obtained is a coating of unfailing durability and resistance.
Resistant and durable
Electrostatic powder coating provides a high quality, longer lasting finish than liquid paints. Powder coated products are more resistant to impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light and other extreme weather conditions. This reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasion, corrosion, discoloration and other wear issues.
